Please note we are very busy at the moment due to COVID pressures and unprecedented demand. It may take us a few days to reply to your request, but we will endeavour to keep you updated regularly. Please do not telephone the practice to chase the progress on your request, you can contact us via your open Ask My GP request. In your request, please state the best days/times to contact you.
If you have been asked to book an appointment with the nursing team, please telephone the surgery.
Please be aware that, due to COVID 19, we will have staff off sick or isolating. Additionally, our consultations will take longer as we rely on telephones / video or need to change PPE and clean rooms between patients. As a result our capacity is limited. Our GPs are working extremely hard to provide as normal a service as possible but, at times, we may need to prioritise those that are acutely unwell and delay seeing those with chronic / long term conditions and non-urgent cases and it may take longer to get back to you following receipt of your enquiry. We appreciate your support as we work through these challenges. To reduce transmission risk, access to the surgery is restricted to those with pre-arranged appointments. The door will be closed so please use Ask My GP or phone the practice to speak to Reception.
If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm – 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays – please telephone 111.
NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do. For children under 5 call 111
